• Family Plan: $19/month for up to 5 family members

Billing and Refunds

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You can cancel anytime from your account settings
• Refunds available within 30 days of initial purchase
• No refunds for partial months or unused portions
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. User Content and Data

Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including food photos and meal descriptions. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Process and analyze your content using our AI systems
• Store and sync your data across devices
• Provide you with nutrition insights and recommendations
• Improve our AI models (in aggregate, anonymous form only)

Data Accuracy

While our AI provides highly accurate nutrition estimates, all data should be considered approximate. Always consult healthcare professionals for medical nutrition advice.

7. Health and Medical Disclaimers

Limitations

Third-Party Content

Our app may include content from third-party sources, including nutrition databases and food images. We respect intellectual property rights and respond to valid infringement claims.

9. Limitation of Liability

Scope of Limitation

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
• We are not responsible for third-party actions or content
• You assume all risks associated with using nutrition information
• Some jurisdictions may not allow these limitations

10. Termination

By You

• You may delete your account at any time from app settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You can download your data before deletion

By Us

• We may suspend or terminate accounts for Terms violations
• We will provide 30 days' notice for service discontinuation
• Immediate termination may occur for serious violations
• Refunds may be provided at our discretion

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes:

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California.
